A Strong Foundation

After serving in World War II, Paul Steiner and his partners founded Steiner & Koppleman in 1946 as a residential Builder & Development Company in the Western suburbs of Minneapolis.

In the 1970’s, Steiner & Koppleman expanded into commercial / Industrial development and construction and created Steiner Development, growing their expertise and cementing their identity as a client focused full-service commercial real estate company.

In 2003 Steiner Construction Services was formed to bring Steiner’s expertise and experience as a General Contractor to a larger market. Since 2003 Steiner Construction has expanded into new ground up, tenant improvements and renovation projects for retail, office, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, and education.

Today, Steiner Construction Services, Inc. is a National General Contractor serving the construction needs of many corporate and private clients, with construction experience in 35 states.
