Our Team

Scott joined Steiner Construction Services in 2008. He oversees Steiner’s finance, accounting, administration, human resources, and IT departments. He graduated with a B.S. in Accounting in 1991, passed the CPA in 1996 and has over 31 years accounting experience, all in the real estate and construction industries.

Scott has extensive real estate and construction accounting experience. He is well versed in property management, financing, insurance, treasury, construction, development, leasing, and most other areas of real estate and construction. Before Steiner, Scott was a Regional Controller for $1.5B of real estate for a major nationwide REIT.

Scott is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPA’s (MNCPA), the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Scott has three children and enjoys everything outdoors, playing sports, running, working out, and spending time with his children and family.
